neons are distractions to other drivers. he has them on a switch so if a cop pulls him over he can be like "sorry, i'll turn them off" >flick< and be on his merry way.

yeah, go figure the cops get all pissed off when you try to do the things they do. it's illegal cause people have 'pulled over' other civilians. You want to get them REALLY pissed, make your lights flash blue and red!

Do you think the Neon's are going to restrict some of the Air that is coming through the hood?

you dont get shit from the ram air hood unless you seal the box to the hood ect. the air comes from under the car up by the radiator.

I thought about putting a blue one in there when I was an on call bombdog handler. Have the red on one side and blue on the other. If I needed to get to post quickly, hit the lights... Didn't do it though. Now, I'd just get in trouble for impersonating a law enforcement officer.

I really don't use the neon in there that often. Mainly in parking lots or when I'm stopped somewhere. After I turn off the main roads into a store parking lot, I'll flip em on. Love the looks I get...
I would love to do a nitrous purge, but I know jack about that stuff. I don't have the money for engine improvements needed for it, nor do I want to hook it up just to purge it, That would get expensive, because knowing me, I'd use it often. Someone would tick me off, I'd get in behind them, turn on the neon and purge off a shot...

stock bottom end in a ls1 can handle a 100shot. go a lil less. its not that expensive.
