How many perfectly thrown balls did Brees throw... to Seattle players
Too bad they dropped them all.
That game turned out as expected. Seattle won, but looked entirely beatable on both sides of the ball though.
Not shocked the Pats won, the Colts were a dark-horse pick for meMaybe if Luck wasn't throwing picks left and right they would have definitely had a shot. They got the ball back with 12 minutes in the fourth only down by 7. Pats were running all over the place
Nervous for tomorrow's game

I'll give 0rion credit though, he still picked his team to win. How many others sold out this year and picked against their team?

Hey......you gotta keep the faith. I'm not a cowboy fan that folds up easily
Saints offense was terrible yesterday. Seattle has a great D but they were beatable yesterday. We started out running the ball well but then had the fumble & scared Payton off the run. Drew has been kinda hit or miss all year so his play really wasnt surprising. Oh well.....on to next year.

Overall, fairly solid day from the Denver defense. Offense was shaky today. The missed field goal looked like Prater hit it straight, but the wind took it. But that pick at the end of the first half cost at least three points. And damn special teams for giving up that onside kick.
Oh and fuck you Rivers.

if you go by the numbers and bet games correctly...you and everybody else "including Denver fans" should pick Peyton Manning to lose to the Patriots. Manning's stats are great, but he has a losing record against Tom Brady.
with that said...depending on the line, Denver could be a pretty attractive bet. I would assume its going to be pretty even.Last edited by theorangeguy; 01-13-2014 at 05:23 AM.

Hoping for your team to win is different when playing for money. I hope you would pick the winner even if it isn't your team.
I still root for my team till they are out. Unlike the haters that always criticize only because they are the Cowboys, only fans of the team can rightly criticize them anytime anytime they win or lose and the mistakes that JJ continuously makes.
Once my team is out even I can cheer for the sAints to win....except for the Eagles, can't stand the Eagles....hope every game they lose.
I even want DEN to beat NE. I really want that to happen......my neighbor is a fan of NE.....
I hope it's DEN vs 49's

the Saints have a SERIOUS mental issue with Seattle...we came out onto the field flustered and scared. Once we got our bearings we started moving the ball and Brees started passing a lot better but the damage had already been done by then...I still think he should have been throwing without those stupid gloves on but what can you do? Seattle has done a great job of creating an intimidating environment with the 12th man stuff...it works pretty well.
Im not a Titans fan, but im hoping the Titans pick up Seattle's defensive coordinator for the available head coach spot...the owner and the GM are in love with Seattle's defense. It'd be good to be able to go to some good football games next season...2000 Black TA M6 - LT's, ORY, UMI Short Stick, TT2's, Drilled/Slotted Rotors, Braided Lines, and Tuned by VengeanceSCCA and Car Show Approved

I think most teams would love have the number 1 defense in the league.

the coach plays a part in that but in order to have the number 1 D you have to have the players. Seattles back end is extremely talented. Some of the best DB's I remember seeing in recent years. Their LB's are fast as hell too. Just an all around talented group on that side of the ball. Not sure you can just transplant the coach to another team and instantly have a number 1 D.

I haven't seen the early lines but I would assume Denver will be between a 1 and 3 point favorite (basically a toss up with the edge to Denver because of home field). The game could honestly go either way
He really isn't playing like a top five quarterback anymore. Still good stats but he isn't making the throws when they count.

Drew has been off the entire season and I would say it goes back to last season too. I think his arm is tired myself. He doesn't seem to be able to make the throws he used too and doesn't have the deep throw ability he had just a few years ago but that's sorta expected as a QB ages. I think the even bigger factor are our receivers....they're no longer able to get separation on DB's. Our WR core is starting to show some age...Colston and Moore are both 30. Graham is young but NE laid the blueprint earlier this year on how to handle Graham.....rough him up at the line. I think Drew has several more good years in him but he's gonna need some WR help. We have 2 pretty good young guys that both ended up on IR early this season. They should be quite a bit of help to our passing game next year hopefully. I also bet we draft a WR early in the draft. Our O-line needs gutted and upgraded too. We have a very mediocre line right now which is impacting Drew. In years past we had one of the best o-lines in the league but Drew's big ass contract made sure we couldn't afford those guys anymore. Graham is due up for a payday this year. He's a damn good TE and arguable the best in the league but he was a non-factor in several huge games for us this year. Not sure how I feel about him getting a huge contract.....that money could go to more important needs.

You need to re-sign graham, priority one.
