I found a used LS6 manifold from a guy on ls1 tech, $350 shipped, its on its way and I want to gather the rest of the parts I need for the swap. Do i need to get different manifold bolts? Im gettting new gaskets for the manifold and knock sensors and OPSU is that all I need?

Not a bad idea to change the knock sensor harness while you're in there.

You can reuse the bolts, even though they are torque to yield and technically are considered disposable, but since they are tightened at such a light pressure I never worried about it.
One other item to consider for the install, I prefer to refrain from grinding on the intake so I go for the LS6 coolant lines myself, you'll need them for the install, and they are cheap to buy.
I reused the gaskets on my intake install, but it came off a brand new CTS-V caddy at the time with no miles on it. If the age/usage is unknown, I'd probably spring for new gaskets like mentioned earlier.

Im in the process of installing the Ls6 intake. I took out the AIR pump and the EGR and blocked those off. What is the best thing to do with the harness's that plugged into those two things?

I taped up my EGR wiring/connector, and taped it back down the harness so it isn't easy to see. Did the same thing with the AIR pump wiring, hid it along the harness with some black electrical tape.
