GO GET A RENTAL FROM THEM, REQUEST IT! If you get a rental that they have to pay for they'll work much harder to come to an agreement with you about the money. Last thing they wanna do is pay for your repairs if you choose to keep it and pay for your rental that whole time. If you don't like the offer they give then use your lawyer while holding onto the rental through them, they'll be forced to budge.

Well i got the numbers and i dont like them im keeping my car either way so what do you guys think is a fair price on the car its totaled but i can rebuild the title n stuff but i just wanted to see what you guys think is a good price they said they have to minus the salvage price which is 1700 but im going to fight to have that put back in the price of me keeping it

Most of the time the insurance company has a price that they will sell the car to you for.

But the way I understand your sitution, you can make an offer? If that's the case, ask them what they will settle for. (Rock bottom price).
Because its going to cost you more than you think to fix up.
