Cops in my neighborhood

If you have a court date, stand infront of a judge and other times a referee (I think they call him), tell them your side of the story (usually fabricated) then they drop the ticket Im sure I won smart guy (jad628)... Cuz I got out of getting the ticket... Do you understand?
