Couldn't agree more. The best part is they just bolted on. No hammering or rolling. I was stunned. I think I am just about done with the appearance mods. I don't think there is anything else left to do besides maybe some embroidered SS headrests (like so http://carphotos.cardomain.com/ride_...0331_large.jpg).

You got lucky! I had to bang mine up a little to get the 315's in there safely. Those headrest would look great, subtle and clean What are your next plans? Performance? Your not a big race right?

not a big racer but more power is needed. it hate that my DD is faster than my SS. I want to do heads/cam and longtubes. I think I can get some good numbers and not lose a lot of drive-ability with the right set up.

yeah that's quite the DD ya got there! I wanna do 243 heads, 228r cam, and maybe a 92FAST on my car later down the road. Great drive-ability, not so expensive and good for 400+hp! Are you an A4 or M6?

I am an M6. My buddy has some trickflow 225s he wants to sell so I might pic those up and I know nothing about cams so I wouldnt even know what to get. I would love to be in the 425-450 range but that's probably pushing it in terms of drive-ability

With a good tune the 228r cam can get you there, especially being a M6 its not a huge cam but when your ready to take the plunge you can also call comp cams or those cam places and have them make you a custom grind cam based on what you want from the car and to go with those heads. However most people say that drive-ability is all in the tune

i am hoping to do it this fall/winter so I am sure I will be starting a thread about it. I need to know how much my buddy wants for the heads first thought. I just want a decently powerful car that can take care of most things on the street.
