I was just pricing the OEM runflats, and I think I got diarreha.
Good thing it will only be a weekend car...
I drive about 60k per year with my job.

While I was waiting on all of the dealer BS today, I was checking out the new Vipers in the showroom.
Those are beautiful cars.
They had one back in the service area with the engine out.

F'in used car salesmen anyway.

I threw out the 31k offer.
I've never seen another 02' + with similar miles that cheap.
What do you think it's worth? I figure 33k would have been a good deal.

z06s are nice!
i was considering one before i got my GTO but at the time they were going for more than new 05 GTOs were. at least 02s and up.
sometimes i still think about selling both my cars and getting one.
wait till you get a H/C setup.

03-26-2006, 09:19 AM #30I think you did good at $31k. To me it's not a smokin deal or anything but you didn't get hurt either. I'm a little tighter than most people. I probably would walk if I couldn't get it for $29,500-$30,500. I might be on crack also. So your not far off dude. The question is what did you get for your trade in. I just think the worst about dealerships and used cars. No doubt they screwed the guy who traded the Z06 in. Seriously, you got a nice deal at $31k. CONGRATS, and be safe with all that power. Whats your first mod gonna be?

Yeah, that's what I was seeing, but I just realized that the OEM tires that are on it are not runflats. They are F1 Supercars, but I just assumed they were runflats.

I had some Michelin Pilot Sports on my Z28, and they killed a lot of road noise and they hooked up really good at the track. I might put some on this...Last edited by jking; 03-26-2006 at 09:54 AM.

Ordered some 315/35/18 Nitto DR's today.
I should have it on the track in the next two weekends.. It's really a strong running car for a stocker.. A lot faster than my LS1 C5.

The red interior isn't bad with the black paint job. I've seen the red with the yellow exterior.
Very nice tho.
