It's tranny fluid for sure. I face tightened it down a bit more with no results. I also checked for cracks. I got in a wreck, had to remove and replace the old radiator.

Did you try pipe tape on the threads?

Remove the line and look at the flared end closely for cracks or burrs. If you find a problem, you may have just enough slack in the hose to cut off the old end and re-flare it. Also inspect the radiator fitting closely for cracks or gouges in the sealing surface. You can use thread paste or teflon tape, but be careful when you tighten the fitting down as it is easier to cause damge by overtightening due to less thread resistance. However, due to the manner in which these fittings seal the threads should not be the issue.

The shop I had the car in was a piece of crap, when I took the car back I got under there and the fitting was in but it was slanted. On one side no thread was visible but on the other there was quite a bit of thread.
