I don't mean to scare you but if your ass looks as good as you must think it does than everytime you go to the store/park/work gay guys are looking at it.

Now are you going to stop going outside? Of course you're not going to stop. A normal person should not feel the need to change their living situation because someone else might think you are attractive. His roommate isn't even hitting on him. It's not like he is running around pinching his ass or doing cat calls when he walks by or hell even watching gay porn in the living room. From what we are being told the guy just kind of "hangs out" and doesn't do anything.

That's not the same thing at all....people want to feel secure and safe in their home....a part of that is not having to look over your shoulder to see if a homo is checking you out. Who's to say one of these days the dude won't make a pass at him? Out in the world is one thing and there's nothing anyone can do about it....but your home is your sanctuary and the fact that he feels uncomfortable is BS and something should be done.

Unless the lease is only in your name, it's not really fair to have the homo move out IMO. Have a conversation with the dude and see what he says....lay some ground rules like no fudge packin when you're home and all that. If he can't go by the rules then someone needs to move out before it creates a violent situation....and next time get a hot chic roommate.

He's friends with 3 or so chicks and they're nothing special. It's college, so meeting girls is pretty easy no matter what, and nobody really needs handouts. I'm a personal trainer, sometimes I used to walk around mostly naked because it's supposed to be my home, and I should be able to feel comfortable in it. He'd made comments on my build in the past, and I didn't think anything of it because straight guys sometimes ask about training and physique too, but now suspecting his homosexuality does not put me at ease. I also would not enjoy living with an unattractive fat girl for the same reason, it just creates an awkward situation. I think I will take some of your advice and have a talk about it with him. I'm about 85-90% certain he is gay and not just awkward with women. It's not just that he hasn't had anything with a girl for such a long time, he is also very... strange and effeminate. He's got about 15 different kinds of skin creams and lotions to give himself facials or whatever, has posters of leonardo di caprio, and his cell phone ringtone is the theme song from the OC. He's really into fashion, has a weird voice, and sometimes calls himself a made up name vathana. It sounds to me like some kind of cross-dresser burlesque name? We only ended up roommates because I had missed my dorm assignment 3 weeks before the start of school, and needed to find an apartment fast, and he was the only person listed in a posting thing that hadn't already found a roommate by that time. We weren't friends or anything like that, which makes it even more uncomfortable. I will end my lease in may, when school gets out.

I don't know if this is going to get me flamed, mocked, insulted or something. But I think my roommate is gay. My neighbors suspect the same thing. It's not just that he's effeminate. He's got basically no guy friends. He only hangs out with girls, and has no interest in any of them, despite goading and encouragement. He does not flirt with or hit on women. It's been at least a year confirmed that he has not been with a girl in any sort of romantic or sexual way. Not just sex, but not a kiss, not a date, nothing. I have heard him at night, hanging out with one of his chick friends, talking about some guy he met up with late at night at Denny's, and discussing hot guys in movies. I remember being at a toga party a couple weeks ago, this girl had her birthday that night, and was going around asking everybody for kisses on the cheek. He'd been standing in a corner by himself, not talking to anybody including that girl, and turned to me and said "first kiss all year", and tried to play it off like it was something... I think he's hiding it because at the beginning of the year, I've been making jokes and all about homos and he's afraid to come out with it. I wasn't really serious, but the idea of it still makes me uncomfortable. I think it would've only been right to tell me before we'd moved in. I want to do something, but I don't know what. I can't move out yet.
