I was born in 82 so I know nothing of what you speak about Are you sure about Basketball though, I watched the 98 season and don't remember it being shortened

I quit watching baseball when the little pansies wanted more money and went on strike for a whole season. If Football or Basketball were to do the same thing then buh bye! Can't stand pieces of shit that make more in 2 days then the average person and bitch about it. Just my .02

Manny Ramirez retired today, after failing his second drug test and facing a 100 game suspension. He's the first big name player that I know of to be a dumbass a second time. After getting caught once and serving a 50 game suspension, how dumb or arrogant do you have to be to try it again?

And the Braves are off to a lousy start at home. Down 2-0 in the 1st already. Lost 3 games to the crappy Brewers (at least, they WERE crappy til the Braves came into town for them). Looks like it's gonna be a long season...
