owned, he doesn't own it anymore, and if you watch the show with any regularity you would know that its true that for the most part they bash on anything made in america and gush over anything british.

Pretty much. IIRC though, Clarkson really liked the ZR1, Mays eventually admitted he really liked the CTS-V, and Hammond is a musclecar fan, he has an old Mustang.

Although actually, now that I htink about it, they bash cars from pretty much everywhere, even BMW's.

I think Hammond bought the Challenger they tested a couple seasons ago also.

No vehicle is perfect in every way. Hence why Top Gear finds something wrong with every single vehicle.

I dont like the Tesla and think it is a novel idea at best. Four to eight hours to charge? No way in hell is that a car for everyday people. 100k for it? hah

He said the brakes catch on fire. because they did. And telsa used the shelby cobra trick with their test car. they have like two, and just paint them diffrent colors so it looks like they have alot of them, so it has probably had the S*&% beaten out of it.

either way, i think it would be pretty hard for an upstart motor company that is capable of meeting U.S. regulations to build anything significant camparable to the reliablity of the major automotive companies.

My guess is that this lawsuit has no foundation, and tesla wont win, (but i dont know anything about law) but so long as people talk about the car, they are still in the stage light.
