as much as i dislike her, im totally satisfied with gettin the kids outta there....i dont need her money, and i actually do want her to get her shit straight since the kids still love her.

You got what you wanted. I would let her be. The fact is, she is still the mother of your kids. They love her. No sense of causing her more ill will. Your kids may frown on you for that. Leave her alone and let her get on her own two feet by herself and with the help of her own family and friends.

going for child support isn't hurting the children... and as for getting on her own two feet you have to be joking... i know my ex didn't give two shits when she nailed me for support (over $200.00 a WEEK) and i'm sure like every mother out there that jive's ex could care less as well... once they see them $$$ they go balistic... hitting her up for support like i said most likely will be a good thing for her...
