Nobody. You had to file you were a pro bodyguard in order to get a concealed permit. It was a pain in the ass. Lot of paperwork and shit but relatively easy. Went to Simi Valley and got all the crap done. CLEO was gun friendly there. Lemme see....oh look....according to your age......you were not even alive then. STFU.
