Um no, i have tried a few flavors from muscle milk since i got it for 10 bucks on a close out. I do no use it regularly. Plenty of other to choose from and this whole dirty protein he keeps posting about absolute bs just like these go natural buy organic nuts that fall into the trap thinking if they pay 2 or three times as much for something it must be good for them.

I only drink protein after I workout/run. Other than that I just try and eat something protein rich with every meal. (3 meals a day, or 6 meals a day if I'm gettin' fat)
I use protein like a supplement rather than a staple (If that makes sense). Hence, 80% of the time I just use Walmart brand. It's cheap and palatable.
The other 20% I get Advocare free from a buddy.

odd, Integrated Suppliments and Nectar Naturals both clean proteins do not cost 2-3 more then other proteins, actually they are priced the same.
secondly this has nothing to do with eating organic or non-organic, we are not discussing diets.
how is dirty vs clean protein BS??? what is yoru knowledge and backing on this?

I'll just say this, I trust buying products from people I see using their own brand & getting great results. I also like using products that the owner of the company has a hand in actually making & using as well, not just mass assembly line production from a fat bass at a desk who never uses his product or works out.
So for me the anwser was Scivation products. They talk with customers first hand, hide nothing & keep document of progress not only themselves get from their products but others as well. If its good enough for all natural body builders to use prepping for competition is good enough for my basic needs.
I dont buy things b/c of commercials or ads, i buy them off of proof that they work

There are differences, but worryin about a little cholesterol shouldnt turn you away from it. If the rest of your diet is right the little cholesterol in the protien will balance out your diet since you do need some.
Honestly I think the major issue with it is ALOT of people misuse protien powders & dont have a diet on point when using them, this can lead to bad results or even not being healthy.
I'm a firm believer that if your gonna use supplementation you need to be on point, not just keep on your usual grind & start tossing in random supplements.

My habits for out of season soccer was
Pre season
Take Creatine twice a day for 30 days, Working out everyday to build the muscle
then i take a 30 day rest period from the Creatine and workout daily to keep the muscle tone
then take another 2 a day for another 30 days..
Reason for this after a long talk with the trainer
After you take the Creatine for 30 days, your body pretty much has a peaking point.
Anything after that, that you take is just wasting, and you sweat/pee it out.
then during the resting period, you are "working out" the Creatine and your body will be able to start back to its normal state from the first day of being on Creatine
overall, just eat a lot, and its not a problem to gain the muscle, its to keep it after you stop using a product.
for the dehydration.
Creatine wasnt to much of a problem, I also state that i have exercise induced athsma, and playing soccer running up to 9 miles per game, i just had to constantly be drinking water, ither if i was thirsty or not, i had to intake the water anyways..

That's the worst thing you can do...eating like that you'll slow your metabolism, your body will store any food you eventually do eat and your body will start to burn muscle. Eat 3 full meals and 3 snacks a day....yes you'll lose weight/gain muscle as long as you're active and eat healthy foods your body can use. I've been doing this for awhile now and my metabolism is a f'in furnace now. So eat breakfast/lunch/dinner with a snack inbetween and then eat a slow protein before bed...that's what I do seems to work.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but isn't it impossible to Lose Weight and Gain muscle. Doesn't muscle weigh 2.5 times more then fat. If your gaining muscle, your gaining weight
EDIT: I figured it out, obviously 5 lbs of fat weighs the same as 5 lbs of muscle.....DUH! Fat is bulkier then muscle so you will look leaner but you can't gain muscle, burn equal fat and lose weight. Not possiblefor being half ass right.

I lost weight while losing fat and gaining muscle...fat burns a lot faster than muscle repairs to for awhile you'll lose weight.

Only slightly related, as I am not lifting weights or anything, but I have been reading that milk is apparently helpful for burning fat, and is a source of whey protein among other things. I had mostly cut it out of my diet but I think I'm gonna add it back in, just not in the volumes I was drinking before...
