UPDATE
Took it to the dealer and they said there isn't anything they can do for me because it's modified. Apparently it's an insurance thing and they don't want the liability. Looks like I have to take it to a tuner.

I would say the tune could.be the problem since I have idle issues after my cam install. We are still tuning and working the bugs out. Also my car will hesitate when cruising at 60 to 70 for a while which is around 2500 rpm. Still have some fine tuning left but it.sounds like.you maybe having the same problems. Maybe they never got.the tune exactly right. I mean at wot my car tears down the road but at idle.it.is.rough and.a.little.rich and stumbles at low.acceleration, had done it occasionally at other speeds but.same.rpm range all the time. I.do have a bigger cam so I know I lost some low end torque but the stumble Isn't from it. When I get back to tuning it I will see what we adjust and it may give you a place to start.

shot a PM to tampatunning they are kinda local at least in FL. The only one that I know that works with LS1's is Next Level Performance in Altamonte Springs. Tampa tunning can maybe recommend a Orlando local one if they are too far for you.

I emailed Vinci and they are at a trade show and told me to contact Next Level but they aren't answering the phone. I need to have this thing towed right now as it is sitting in a parking lot in a shopping center and isn't drivable.

The car fires right up then starts to idle rough while going up and down a few hundred rpm and then stalls. If I hit the gas while its doing this the rpms go down immediately and then a couple seconds later the rpms respond. It's completely un-drivable.

Sounds like your MAF. Maybe it's on the way out. I know when mine acted up, my car would stumble on accel, but would go back to normal when I let off the gas. Have you checked the connection at the MAF to make sure everything is secure? Also, check the intake elbow as it could have worked it's way loose from the throttlebody. You don't want to spend money for a tow/labor for a simple can of MAF cleaner.

The car was throwing the same codes but I'm not sure now as I don't have a scanner..it was my friends.
The maf was cleaned with with actual maf cleaner not electrical parts cleaner like I said before. The car doesn't run any better when the maf is unplugged so I'm thinking it should be good but who knows.

If you unplug the MAF it should force the computer into speed density mode. Airflow will then be estimated by the MAP and RPM data. The fact that this does not change anything means that the MAF is probably not the culprit. The misfire and codes you posted really suggest a possible fueling issue -- as has already been mentioned.

And are the O2 wires clear of the exhaust system? A wire could have rubbed against the hot exhaust and arced.
Have you checked your fuel injector fuse? I can't remember if it's in the fuse block under the hood, or in the car.

UPDATE
The car has been at the tuner for 5 days now and they can't figure what is wrong with it. They said they were going to try another ecu and see if that's it. This is getting depressing.

Tuner just called..said they switched out the computer and it solved the problem. They are going to put a new one in and transfer the tune. Is gonna cost about $650 plus tax.

Damm thats sucks big time. I will tell you to buy the PCM and have Frost or Tampatuning copy the tune but you will have to spend more money on towing the car, PCM and shipping. It will probably end up close to that. Do they give you any kind of warranty with the new PCM?

All is well now
Went to pick up the car yesterday and put it on the dyno while I was there. It was running a little lean at first so they did a couple tweaks. The car is running like a champ. 368/360. I am as happy as a clam (whatever that means)
Jay- I meant to ask about the warranty but forgot. The receipt says its whatever the manufacturer offers.
