But sitting on the shitter is such a waste of time, I'd rather get it done all at once.
House is relatively new (1994) so they're probably all low flow, right? Is there an easy way to check?
Lucky.
I've always wanted one of those department store type toilets that have a jet engine aided flush.

Silver- 2005 Toyota Corolla (DD)
We've only been here 6 months and we've already had them replace the window a/c unit in the sun room (the rest of the house has central air), replace the fan motor in the A/C unit outside, reseat the toilet, repair tiles that popped up in the bathroom floor, and cut a hole in the ceiling to repair a leak.
We don't want to call them unless absolutely necessary, because we have a good relationship right now.

Exactly, this is the only good thing that comes from renting. No pricey repair, nothing. All you have to do is keep somewhat clean and not party to hard... Something breaks, you bitch and they fix... If it's something like a toilet or dishwasher and it affects you... It can be discounted from your rent,

To save a couple extra more bucks, put a brick in the back of the toilet also.

If you're having problems with the flapper, fuck the flapper. I don't literally mean put your dick in the flapper, but whatever. Go buy a fluidmaster Flusher Fixer kit. They're like 8 bucks. It's a whole new flapper and seal with a timer cup on it. Drain the tank, sop up all the water, remove and discard old flapper. With a dry towel/rag, make damn sure the old flapper seat is clean and dry as can be, and stick the new part down per instructions. Voila. No more worries about running water down the drain. Warning, for you green fucks out there or those of you who worry about using too much water, this product is not for you. The timer cup holds the flapper open until the entire tank drains clear. Works PERFECT for taking your low-flush wont-move-shit toilet and turns it into a REAL power-dump eradication device.

I upperdecked in the toilet while drunk and one of the sinkers is stuck under the flapper. Is the miracle valve for me?

Sometimes you can simply pop them out and clean both the flapper and where it seats in the bottom of the tank to stop it from leaking.
