Thanks 5.0 this. Theres always some "keyboard pussy" that has to put his non-knowledgeable input in. I hate to tell you camaross0002 but even the best of "built" motors can and have grenaded at the track. Thats part of racing. Also on a side note, there was only 2 pieces that the track officials had to clean up, and NO oil(surprisingly) or any other fluids were laid down on the track. He actully made a full pass and at the end of the track he noticed it killed(Still ran a 12.1@120). He coasted to the turnaround OFF the track and called me and told me to stop once I got finished with my pass. Most of the oil leaked out in the grass while we were waiting on the truck and trailer to get there.

Thanks for the other comments fellas. Alot of people that chimed in on the thread know me and know my stepdad has been having this car for a while. The time was coming sooner or later.

About 2 months before he blew it I was actually swaying him towards buying a 2008-2009 6-Speed(Manual) LS3 Vette. But he has too much money in the motor etc now to sell it.
