Best way to dry a wet cell phone?

BTW, it's toast. I tried to turn it back on and it has a bright shining light on, it won't turn on

does it still have the warranty? don't try to take it apart as that could void it. all I can say is if it doesnt work anymore, then take it back and tell them it won't charge. of course get rid of any signs of water. also look at the conectors to where you charge it. make sure those are clean. i've taken cell phones back to teh verizon store. the first thing they check is if the connectors are dirty from water getting on there and causing electrolysis. and if so they say they can't do anything bceause it has water damage - so now i make sure i always clean that shit off before i take it in.

the only problem with that theory is that now they have "indicators" that turn red once they get wet, both on the battery and right where the battery connects...
So when you take it in, now they just check it and say, sorry you got it wet, warranty is void. But the good news since I have insurance on it, I'll get a new one neways.
