You could use a bit of tape just until you get one. I'd give you my old one if I could find it, might be not too hard to find.

Ok, you convinced me. I wonder if I can find CRC MAF Cleaner at AutoZone?
I "won" the bellows off eBay for $21 shipped. I may have gotten the wrong thing, though. It says it's for 98-02 Trans Am WS6. In some places the "WS6" is not mentioned, but other places it is. My TA is not the WS6, but I took a chance there is no difference in the bellows.

Hmmm....for some reason, although I'd subscribed to this thread to be notified immediately, I wasn't notified. So, I wasn't ignoring those last few posts, I just figured there weren't any new ones.
While I appreciate the "offers", as I said back in this post, I'd already purchased one off eBay as per some of the suggestions earlier in the thread.
The used bellows came in today. It was dirty, but it cleaned up fine, and the swap was a breeze. The MAF screen had a few insect wings on it, but otherwise it was in good shape.
It turns out the "cracks" in the rubber weren't cracks at all. The rubber was in good shape and very pliable. The cracks were definetly the work of a rodent---the little bastard! Here's a pic:
