He still thinks he is a lap dog.... when he is full grown he should weigh around 200-225 lbs

I think my Husky was in the 65-70 pound range fully grown. Another good thing about Huskies, even when they are wet, they don't have any odor to them, you never get that wet dog smell with them. Get ready for lots of shedding in the summer time though.

My Doberman, his Sire (I think that's what they are called, the dad) is 95-100 Pounds. That's a big damn Doberman.

mines 5 and a half months now, and he is such an awesome dog. Make sure you get him goin on the obedience classes soon, because huskies are very stubborn once they get older. If you dont establish that you are the alpha early it will be a pain to get him to listen.

Keep him clipped short during the warmer months. He may not have the traditional husky look, but it is better for the dog, and he'll be more comfortable.

your not supposed to cut a husky's hair, just brush it real good, and you also cannot bathe them a whole lot (about once a month at most) due to their sensitive skin. Also, if you decide you want to switch dog food, you have to slowly switch them to the other food, by mixing some of the old food with the new. this will save you from having diarrhea shits all over.
