I remember about 3 months into getting my license, I was pulled over for reckless driving, driving past curfew, driving with too many people in the vehicle (7 other guys in the minivan lulz), and they also threatened criminal trespass since it was a private neighborhood and none of us lived there.

I was only cited for the passengers, which was a $255 ticket, but that got dropped after a talk with the DA.

Those are the only circumstances under which you can drive at 16? If that's the case, do they require an employment check for DL applicant that are 16?
You can get what is called a junior license. Just a step above a permit. No employement check. With drivers ed you can get your full license at 17 with no restrictions otherwise you have to wait till 18 for your full license.

First thing the judge will say, "There were a LOT of other cars on that road, why is it you're the only one who's walking through my door?"

this reminds me of a crash i witnessed once. a guy was waiting to make a left turn and this chick comes in tires howling sliding on the wet road and hits him in the ass. the guy is pissed. she says to me do you think i'll be in trouble. i said, well, you didn't have control of your vehicle and hit this guy in the rear while he was stopped. she says hey, fuck you, i was on the brakes but i just slid right into him.

Your best bet is to hire an attorney, its amazing what they can get you out of. 2 months ago my wife got hit with wreckless driving, and a few other charges for going 88 in 55 mph zone. She was looking at loosing her license and thousands of dollars in fines. She hasnt had a ticket in years, not to mention the insurance rate climb. We found a local attorney and paid him 400 bucks and it all went away.... Dont know how, dont care but they can make it happen....
    Goodluck either way bud

I got one when i was 18 for going 117mph on a 55mph zone and i had to see a judge too but instead of seeing a judge and risking loosing my license i just paid it, it was like $230 or something around there.

Too fast for road conditions, I won't say anything about the tires because I haven't seen them, paying more attention to the stereo/passenger than the road. Old guys are busting your balls for doing it not because we want to. We see too many trying to kill themselves on the road doing stupid shit we did when we were younger and hope to keep you from the pain you are now in. I saw the pics, I feel for you, but it could've been worse.

Try this first it works more than people think. If it doesn't then the lawyer is your best bet.

in Ohio they use the point system.
    too many points = suspension
in Ohio wreckless driving is worth 6 points

so Yep a suspension is eminent at your age

Not sure how an attorney will be able to help, unless they can change the offense some how.
    Good Luck

im not blamming the random citizen for all of this happening but she insisted on calling the cops because she drove past me and then was on the same road again 10minutes later and my car was still there (like as if it was gona go somewhere?)but if she wouldnt have called the cop i would have just gotten towed out by a tow truck and wouldnt have gotten a ticket and insurance wouldnt have gone up and im calling the cop a bitch is because when she asked my story i got about 3/4 way through and she said alright and just turned around and gave me her back and then when she was talking to the lady ho called the cops she was over there for 20minutes.im calling her a bitch for disrespecting me and not taking my full story.not for doing her job.but yes it was my fault and i wasnt on the radio or on my phone i just saw some guy coming up behind me way to quick so i sped up a little bit and lost traction and instantly started sliding into the oncoming lane so i tried to get the fuck out before i had an 80mph head on collision

Yeah, you're right, just talk to the Judge yourself.

Even IF the judge finds out this witness had nothing better to do than accuse OP, the judge WILL ask:

"Did you let off the gas upon loss of control of your vehicle?"

    if "NO"

"Then WHY didn't you let off once control of the vehicle was lost?"

IF OP has no prior points/LEO run-ins, then, most likely, charges will be lesser. BUT OP WILL be held accountable for something.
