I didn’t eat lunch yesterday but I’ll share what I had for dinner:

Started with a shrimp and alligator sausage “cheesecake”, then a fresh baby spinach and fried oyster salad and finished it up with a blackened lamb sirloin with a sun dried tomato demi glace with a side of red beans and rice and mashed sweet potatoes.

I ate Red Lobster for lunch today.

That place is so overrated. Everytime I drive by, they have a huge ass parkinglot, and it is ALWAYS full up at lunch and supper time. Like, holy shit how are all those people fitting in that building full up. So I think, must be good. Went there. Got a sampler platter, had little bit of everything. Not impressed.
