We got 4 - 6" here in NC and it was all over the news last night, people freaking and cleaning out grocery stores. Its hilarious here you see a flurry and everything closes down.

I whent to the grocery during it to grab some beer and the kid up the road from me was driving his 350z in the snow. Dumbass gave it too much gas whent sideways and ended up in the ditch. I just drove by with a big grin on my face waved and kept going. Little douchebag does 60 - 70 in residential areas so I kind of hope he fucked up his car.

giving it too much gas in the snow is the best part of the snow..... it's not too much gas thats the problem it's not knowing what to do with the result of said gas that's the problem. cmon... how much more help can mother nature give you in terms of sideways fun?

If you think that's cool you should witness a sunset from this height!!!! On a nice day the colors are stunning! I also have an insane view of central park.... I'll try snapping one now before it gets too dark

Got it! So you can't see too far because thanks to the snow visibility sucks.... just imagine a summer day and bright light.... INSANE view

If we get 3-4 inches here it's like a blizzard and everything is shut down! People can go 10 years here without seeing ANY snow.

We had 16" to 18" with deepest areas getting 23" and I got around with my 93 3.1L Corsica. Drove thru unplowed roads to help people out of the ditch

In Viginia at my sisters house as of 4 pm they had 31" and it is still coming down. My cousin which lives about 1 hr south of roanoke (3 hrs south of my sister) said it was still snowing there. So I think the storm is bigger than they think.

Well I can tell you that in my backyard, I measured 19-20 inches in Northern VA. Those 31" HAVE to be in the mountain regions

yea she lives in augusta county right in the shenadoah valley. Which is in between the blue ridge and allegany mountains. The Blue ridge parkway and appalachian trail is minutes from her house.

It doesn't matter how much it snows manhattan won't be shut down. They just bring out the snow melting trucks to take care of the extra.

Yea, it's still snowing here also at 7:30, it's getting ridiculous, i usually like snow but not quite this much, i can't even go out and have fun in it because it's so deep, i mean the suburban is pretty much completley buried. And all this snow is supposed to freeze up tonight
