Probably when they scanned the bar code on the item it was an issue in the security database. They know which item went out the door and when and which item is still in inventory...sorta hard to return an item that has not been sold yet.

I go to walmart almost each day on my way home to grab dinner for the night. Since I work late and they're open and basically next door to the house, it's convenient. There's a target right next to them, I would MUCH prefer to shop there, but they close before I get off.

Anyway, They used to stop me all the time. I told one of the "greeters" that I was kinda sick of being stopped and that I was offended that they would even think that I was shoplifting.

They don't stop me any more.

I kinda like walmart for milk, motor oil, socks, boxer shorts, tv dinners, garbage bags, dvds, vitamins. stuff like that. Its stuff i use frequently and its much cheaper there. I kinda hate the company itself, but as long as they sell shit cheap and my ass wants to save some money its kinda hard to resist the place.

They do that at alot of places around here. It helps control shoplifting a little. If you knew how much was taken from those big stores you would understand.
