Sounds like you are getting raped. I have Verizon on my personal cell and have 500 texts, 400+ minutes and nation wide calling for $55/month (this is inclusive of all the taxes and other BS). Also, never had an issue with Verizon. Been a customer for about 14 years.

I'm with you on the ring tones and other BS costing so much though.

I use AT&T for my BlackBerry and haven't had any issues thus far.

Hum, with 2 lines, I pay $180 a month, so thats $90 a person. I've got 1400 minutes, free nights and weekends, unlimited texting, unlimited internet, with insurance. I get all my ring tones for free, plus, I get to pick 10 numbers that I can talk to for free. I dont know what was up with your verizon account. I paid $100 a month for one line with sprint with 1350 minutes, free nights and weekends and unlimited text, thats it. Verizon's better

you cant beat $99 unlimited everything..

unless you go Boost, no contract unlimited everything for $50.

sprint is horrible, ive got them as my work phone and its crap. AT&T FTW! i get 3G service in places verizon, tmoble and sprint get hardly anything

I used to have AT&T and dropped calls like a hot potato. Down here we have a service called Metro PCS. I pay $65 a month for unlimited EVERYTHING. Web browsing, text, long distance calls ect. 24hrs a day. I might drop 1 call a week if I'm stationary. I do a lot of driving in BFE so there are no towers to be had out there but I know exactly where the dead zones are. My ex GF had an iPhone with AT&T, it was PATHETIC and I'm being nice. I talked to another GF of mine for an hour straight through 3 counties tonight. We both have the same service and the call didn't drop once. All of those big corporation companies are a rip off IMO.
