2 door coupe with 400+ hp running 13s is far from a grocery getter

why would someone want to go buy a 12-5 year old car with no warranty when they can have a brand new car with all the latest and newest ? there are obvious exceptions to those rules..and our t/a's in ws6 form were damn close to 30k if not more ..so the new maro is priced where it should be

cars are built to attract the mass population not the enthusiasts...

I Will Miss her as well. many ponchos been in My driveway.and I miss them all.I still have My 2004 QuickSilver GTO. My Wife wants Me trade the GTO in for a new Camarobomma. I think I will trade her in insted. As for the uaw who ?? Unions suck........... That all folks.............

Because the new one is a 4000 pound bloated whale. And they shouldn't have gone retro, or atleast not used that designer imo...

Well people will always enjoy new cars.... I would rather buy new then used anyday. The Camaro is growing on me. I coulden't afford it anyway even If I loved it. Nothing against ford but maybe people are enjoying the Camaro more then the mustang.

Unions are about as corrupt as the companies they are involved in...... Take away the big money and all the bullshit involved. Unions make companies follow the agreement they agreed too. Not change shit on a daily basis to their own benefit. I see it daily. Most companies don't mind wasting money if their doing what they want to do. But you hear about the company wasting money if it's for something in the contract.

People can't have it both ways nowdays... Unions today have their ups and downs like anything else.

No idea on the tools.... lol I'm only one vote.

in 02 a fully loaded ws6 was 32k. that aint no poor mans performance car as far as im concerned. you need to make bank and have disposable income to afford a 30k vehicle. also, people tend to forget the beloved 4th gen fbod does infact have roots that date back to 1982.

because warrantys are shit... they don't cover half the shit that breaks... and hell no the new camaro is NOT priced where it should be... not in this economy... you don't see the stangs selling at the disgusting price of the new camaros...

i may get bashed for this but i dislike the new camaro so much that if i had to pick i would take the new mustang with out even a second thought... the retro look is overplayed and IMO the inside of the camaro is worse looking than any car i can think of...

i COULD just be bitter though since i am a Firebird and T/A lover however in the past (3rd and 4th gens) i would have taken a camaro any day over a mustang.. my my, how times have changed.

hmm...i think being sold at less then mrsp is pretty good. name other cars that have been priced lower in the rwd performance area..the v6 camaro cane be had for 20k..a 2010 v6 camaro for 20k sounds like it is priced very competitively

welcome to new safety standards/regulations and the chassis specs its on..with ridiculous 20s and so forth ...and our cars are "heavy" by sports car specs at 3600 lbs..so in all reality they arent as bloated as most think...we wont find another maro or t/a that is under 4k..our cars where built on some old ass chasiss and was over 10 years ago when our 4th gens came out..so obviously there has been much change in chassis and safety regulations....however about the retro design..that is your opinion and your entitled to it

Go ahead and buy that mustang guys..... Just make sure you take your camera phone with ya, so when your stopped at a stop light next to a new camaro that's want to run or when that guy in the camaro flies by you , you can take a picture of your expression and post it up on ls1 for the world to see.

yeah... because every one is buying up the new camaro... i live in an area where people would (if the economy was better) buy them like crazy... i've seen 2 so far on the road... and i think one of the two was only being test driven...
