Tron was completely shot in 3d. My coworkers worked on it for like 11 weeks. The trailer that was released I think is old like 2008 test footage shot in hd. They used two sony F23 cameras to do all the 3d. It should be pretty cool. 3d is the new thing, along with hd. A lot of television shows have switched over to HD, like Bones, Weeds, The forgotten. Most are doing it for money concerns something to do with the contract with the actors. Digital Cameras blow donkeys, they are big and heavy and temperamental plus you see every damn flaw in the camera movement. You also see like trails when doing fast pans or tilts on certain tv's. The next thing is going to be 3d tv's.

Phantom Black Metallic- 2004 GTO M6
Makes me glad I found the TRON action figures/light cycles on eBay a few years back. One of many links to my childhood.

Smart on their part, they know that people like me who grew up watching that movie, playing the video game and buying the toys now have boys of their own to share the experience with. Same with Transformers etc.
Looks like Bridges is the MCP.

This looks bad ass. It looks like this is going to be a good sequel. I like the style its taken, not too modern with just enough of the original
