it is in Los Lagos which is very close to Granite Bay and Roseville. the house was crazy, makes the stuff on cribs look poor (99% of them anyway, a few might be close)

I bought my valence from a friend. It was brand new and he needed the money for his rear end. He sold it to me for $200. If I couldn't get that deal from him then I would've never bought it because people want $350-$400+ just for the valence.
