I kow people very well and their stories. Most people will stand in front of a moving vehicle especially if it is theirs to prove a point. We were not there. They teach police officers not to stand in front of moving vehicles or stick their hands inside cars if the offender(s) want to flee.

My point is a situation has to be proven to be wreckless. If the person is dead the story is changed. If a car is moving towards you. You get out the way.
Car theft doe not warrant death.

Strawberries???...Most offenders want to get away. NOt kill anyone. Most robbery offenders want to commit a crime and leave.
Does not warrant death. Warrants a correctional facitlity. I believe in force with force peach man. I also believe in fair and impartial. Guns don't solve anything. People do. You shouldn't let what others do harden you.
If you can take someones life over a material issue. You have issues. Its different when you are at home and there is force entry. Thats warrants force with force. People have different fear levels also. Your fear level is obviously different from mine.

You are right. We all have different fear levels.
I am not afraid to defend what I have worked hard to get and will not let some punk steal from me.
I will ask them to stop them but if they refuse to stop then Mr. Baretta will stop them and if you have a problem with that then I guess you have a problem.

had that happen in my division, guy went in and did a robbery of a liquor store with a gun. The guys son saw it go down on the security camera, grabbed a gun out of the safe and shot the guy as he was running out the door, killed him in the doorway

you don't have to worry about getting shot while breaking the law if you are not breaking the law.as far as i'm concerned if you decide to steal,rape,break and enter,or serious crime someone should shoot your sorry ass,when you decide to break the law your "rights" should go out the window.we don't need people making excuses for criminals.
