The latest media sensation that we have to hear about every 5 minutes on the news for the next 3 weeks. Today they said most of the americans that have it were not even given meds just told to get some bed rest and drink plenty of fluids.

it has all the same signs and symptoms that u would get if u got the flu during the winter or whenever. the only difference being the fever usually be over 100 and there will be migrane type headaches. also diarrhea and vomiting may occur. the people who died were in mexico near mexico city at that and that cause the government took to long to view the first cases seriously. our government has stockpiles of antivirals that already have bbeen proven to work. and they are the same ones that are given when u get sickwith the flu. dont worry just take the usually precautions. wash ur hands well adn frequently cover ur coughs and sneezes

Bunch of pussies. I have had it years ago. Just felt like shit for about 4-5 days. Went to work everyday giving it to everybody else. Obama will save us from it. He will sign a new bill/memo outlawing swine flu and guns and freedom of the press. It will be OK.

so i got a friend who's wedding i'm in this saturday down in harlingen. now if i were single i wouldnt worry so much about my self but i have a 4 month old baby girl to come back home too. i understand the virus can very well be overhyped by the media but it is an outbreaking virus that i can handle but my child may not be able to. i've known my friend for 15 years and dont wanna miss his wedding but should i risk getting sick and possibly getting my child sick for this?

I really doubt you'll get sick by just going to a wedding.

I live in Guadalupe county in Texas. They shut down all of your schools, parks, libraries....ect. There are 3 confermed cases and maybe 20 others pending tests. Kind of crazy. My life goes on like normal for me except my daughter doesnt get to go to school and no little league games this week.
