Oil pump doesn't need to be removed (but it should be replaced during the swap) to swap out the cam.

Motor stays in the car for the cam swap. Hell, the intake can stay on.

Do you ahve to remove the front clip to take the cam out?
is it easier to drop the motor or leave it in?

I'd pull the rad out at least. The front clip can stay on but pulling the motor would be a bit much IMO. Trust me, I have the pictures to prove it haha! I'd definitely come help ya though if you needed help pulling the motor/someone to help drink beer with you

Radiator needs to come out. A/C compressor gets moved up as well.
    Front clip stays on.

Leave the motor in for a cam swap....

Haha, I'm down. Are you doing heads and cam? That may take a whole weekend with beer drinking involved. Dropping the motor out for that would be a little much IMO.
