LOL! I forgot that movie. At my shop I always try to be carefull about folks who don't know much. I don't need them comin back crying about the type of work I charge to do something. I always "walk" them through the order as best I can given thier knowledge, or lack there of. I especially like the ones "you just can't reach". I wish I could charge for time spent explaining stuff they will never do for themselves.LOL

HAHAHAHAHHA! OMG! That was classic! The funniest part was the end where she seemed to know about the radio dj's. But knew nothing about her vehicle.LOL Just think people like that are out there on the road right now.
My personal fav is this lady I did plugs for once. I opened her hood and she point at it with a total look of puzzlement and asked, " Is that where they go?"LOL.

O yea! heres it before lowered, i could stick my hand sideways all 4 fingers on top of the tire and inbetween the fender now its almost tuckin tire. i cant even roll a 20oz pop bottle under the car, it gets stuck in the middle
