My tires pretty much have no tread left either. I spin them all the time. Sometimes on purpose, others not, but always in control. Guess it's not worth the risk though.

we really need to teach you about auto body repair...
that rear quarter panel will need to be replaced. the uni-body structure of the car has been compremised. replacement is also cheaper in terms of the materials and man hours needed over beating and bondo(ing) back the rear quarter to its original shape and function...
he might be able to salvage the rear bumper, but will need a new tail-light, rear quarter and any structural support members used to re-inforce those areas as well, a wheel and possibly a LCA for the passenger side...

LMFAO@repairing that quarter panel

That thing is absolute toast. The bumper is gone too. I can't remember off the top of my head if the Fbodys have a "lower" 1/4 panel piece behind where the bumper and 1/4 meet(like the Impalas do).
The shop and insurance appraiser are going to write a preliminary estimate, they won't know the full extent of the damage until the 1/4 panel is cut off....I doubt you'll have any inner 1/4 panel damage.-98 GTP Coupe. Silvermist and stock.

Fucking BS. I just put PLPD on my TA just because I put 5 miles on it every other day Data Logging. they told me if I EVER want to take the PLPD off, or go back to my full coverage I would have to have a inspector come out and look at my car.
I told them I am dropping them cause they are crazy expensive.
