I got a bottle of makers mark and can not see the big hipe about, way to harsh and it has a rotten taste to me but some swear by it. Southern Comfort has a much better taste. You can drink it straight up or mix it. Champagne = YUK.

Unless it is made in Champagne, France it is only sparkling wine. Even from Champagne it doesn't taste good.

The kids always ask me around christmas time if they can have wine and champagne like the grown ups have.
I mix up some Perrier with Ribena(blackcurrent juice) and tell them its special sparkling wine.
Works every time.
Personally I like Perrier Jouët and OJ for summer sunday brunches. Although the older I get..the more OJ I drink.

I like champagne. Definitely not the majority of them though, because most are dry champagnes. Dry = not good to me. Brut = dry.
I drank pretty much a whole bottle this new years.
