Aint no grass in Mexico....nothing green there.....so we use green paper here on our burgers.

Best Burgers in this area is Red Robin and Dick's Burger. ( Have the Tee shirt that reads "Chick's Dig Dicks" right on the wall next to the grill.) Gotta top off the Mushroom Swiss burger with Mayo too.

The deli near me has a burger called the big sloppy. 3/4 lbs of meat, 2 cheeses, lettuce, tomatoe, pickles, onion rings, and peppers. I think there is other stuff I am forgetting.

Wont come close to the NY burgers. Heck we have a place here called Rons.. Nice grease joint. They make a sasuage chill chesse hamburger.. Now talk about a heart stopping burger.... The Red Robin does not even come close.
