Julie and I have gotten on each others case a little more than normal lately...

I have my fingers crossed that Sara can come home tomorrow. They started her on the specific antibiotic to kill her infection a few hours ago, so.....

Poor little thing.

It's the most incredible sense of helplessness when our children are hurting and there is nothing we can do to help them other than hold them and let them know we love them...

Still sending prayers her way and good thoughts to you and Julie. You guys are very strong.

Okay...she seems much better today.

Plan is to go home tomorrow.
That is if nothing else shows up.

I guess they found a bug that can turn into e-coli, so they are watching it pretty close. Although it was growing VERY slowly, so....that is good news.
Her labs will get taken tonight, and we should have a good idea then.

Julie and I love that show.

But we know what it wrong already. At this point, we treat symptoms. Nothing we can currently do about her neurofibromatosis....but there are studies and trials we can get her in once she is a bit older.
