Use Seafoam to clean the motor out. You can get it in a spray can, or pour the bottle in the crankcase. Its compatible with both oil and gas, so you don't have to worry about where you're using it.

Valvoline Synpower TB Cleaner also works awesome to clean the top end of the motor, dissolves grease/oil/dirt on contact

im sorry man that is such BS. if i had anything from my old 95z28 i would gladly give it to you just to get you up and running, but i don't. what has insurance said? also, why didnt your car alarm go off?
Insurance didn't give me what I thought, but they gave me some. But I got a guy who is hooking me up with a sweet deal with all the big stuff for $400. But I don't have an alarm on the car. But I will when I get the car up and running. That's the first thing I'm doing with it too. I plan on getting a good one with a hood sensor on it too. So, that's the plan.

Thanks, but I already got a guy from another board hooking me up with most of the big expensive stuff for pretty cheap. But thanks anyway. Its amazing how helpful EVERYONE has been with all this shit. Its like someone messed with them with some of their comments. I really appreciate all the support right now. You guys don't really let me hang my head too much. Its rough, and I can't wait to get it up and running again.
