the point is that you'll say, "I probably shouldn't do that. they have a charger or a sprayed ls1 now."
Alot of the indian reservations have chargers now. I read something in motortrend or one of those where they used a road course to test chargers, impalas, and crown vics against nimbler cars like the srt-4, a miata, and something else. the cop cars still didn't keep up, but the straights would let them catch you.

I always liked that scene in Transporter 2... there was a highway police chase going on and Jason Statham over took all the police cars and the suspect the cops were cahsing in a Black Murcielago

yes i read that too... its in the april issue i believe... the sumamry was the hemi charger was the fastest and nimblest, follow by the v6 impala and v8 crown vic last...even thoguh the hemi was the fasstest, it was still like 6 seconds slower than the miata ..miata did it in like 1:01 and the charger in 1:07, then they did an evo mr which was 9 seconds faster and they decided to not even try the carrera because it would be oevrkill... but at the end they said on the highway the miata wouldnt have a prayer, which is true agains tthe hemi...but on city blocks it looses the charger and the rest easily
