Thanks guys, it's been crazy. It was super unexpected. Still trying to sort things out, and with all the banks and basically everyone else only making appts, it's taking longer than we'd have ever thought. Our appt with the bank is tomorrow. One month after his passing... Couldn't get in any sooner.
2020 so far sucks big time.

My parents came down for a visit the last 4 days. We went out snapper fishing. Going fishing with my dad is something in the infuriating category not because you can't enjoy it. No, no, it's like he's the fish whisperer, has fish telepathy or radar. I swear the man could just drop a hook and catch a fish. We were doing well, not great but well enough to keep some of the fish. I kept catching Trigger which was out of season. So on the last drop of the day he and I both get a hit, both of us fought hard trying to reel them up. Half way up mine spits the hook out. He lands his, sets the boats record for the season.
As a group we brought back 4 snapper and 2 others I don't know what they were but were keepers.

Talking to my cousin they went through it with one of their Bulldogs. The vet warned them the other leg will probably need the same operation in the not distant future. Sure enough they had to get it done 6 months later. I'd rather just do it she's only 7 and still chases our other dog and loves charging my in law's fence to torment the cows
