Well I may have worked out a deal on an LS7. Should know tonight. Now what will I need to make it work in my rod? I am thinking An Areomotive fuel pump, harness, computer, Dry sump oil system. How about the gas pedal? Isnt it a cableless set up? Also what about if I want to put an 700R4 or turbo 400 tranny behind it. What will I need to do? And what about my gauges that I already have in the rod? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please.

FYI, Katech is selling a "Value" 427cid package. It is basically a stroked and sleeved LS2 block. I think you can buy a short block or long block assembly depending on your needs. The bottom end comes with a forged Cola crank, Katech forged pistons, Callies forged H-beam connecting rods, Mahle rings, Clevite / F.M. bearings, and you can specify compression specific pistons, etc. depending on your application (FI/NA). Base price for the short block is $6,950.00
