In accordance with P's new edict, here's my latest story. Had to fly out to San Diego for a conference recently and Dawn couldn't go with me. Well... it was a long 4 days there and on the third evening I thought it would be nice to have some company for dinner. I had heard about "escort services" and such and figured that would be a safe way to find a date. Well, sure enough, the Yellow Pages were full of ads and I found an interesting one that provided both a "hot date" and a "hot car" for the evening.

I made the call and set up a date for 7:00. The receptionist indicated that my date would arrive out front of my hotel and that I would have to sign a contract and provide proof of ID. No problem. I was kind of nervous as I have never done anything like this before. I went down to the lobby a little before 7:00 and watched outside for my date to arrive. Sure enough, right at the top of the hour in rolls this nice looking F-body and out steps a gorgeous set of legs. Phew! I swear the temp in San Diego went up 20 degrees on the spot!

Anyway, I walked out of the lobby and introduced myself. I asked about the car she was driving and she said something like it was "stroked, sprayed and blown..." I don't know, as I really wasn't listening -- she was just so damn beautiful my attention was all on her. The night went great, I let her pick where to go to dinner as I was not familiar with anything out there. We had a lot of fun and talked quite a bit. She certainly knew her cars and we shared a few other similar interests. By 10:00 the date was over and she dropped me back off at my hotel. As she pulled away and waved back at me, I couldn't help but feel like I had seen that F-body somewhere before... oh well.
