I quit chewing 3 weeks ago.....WhooooHoooo!!!!!......Hard to do, I went Cold Turkey, As a matter O Fact, I threw a half a can away and said...I quit, Ive been Chewing for about 10 yrs, and smoked before that.....

did 10 yrs of chewing show any negative effects with your teeth and whatnot? Thats what would worry me most if I chewed a lot.

I work with some straight country dudes at this wastewater plant i work at and they all dip. This one guy who is 24 yrs old had to get his whole top row of his teeth pulled last month because he dipped so much, he said like 2 cans of grizzly a day for years. I dont think he took good care of his teeth anyways but man they were all stained brown and freakin nasty, he said they put a whole row of teeth implants in but i was like yea right and i noticed that he now has dentures.......at 24, lol.

And my boss had gum/mouth surgery a few years back on the side he dipped on to take out the cancer and the same day he got back from surgery he had a pinch in the other side of his lip, haha, that cracks me up everytime i think about it.

the biggest thing this taking care of your teeth. when you dip and don't floss to get the crap out of the middle of your tooth thats when problems start.

Chew's just as addicting as smoking, both have tons of nicotine and other crap in them... the only difference is how it gets into your blood. I dipped on and off for awhile...when you first start you seriously get high off it.
