I will only start to pick on the people who try to belittle others. Honestly I would have done the same for a mustang owner if a lot of LS1 guys were messing with him. People come to a site like this to do a couple different things and posting kills is one of them. It can happen either way mustang<LS1 or mustang>LS1 it just depends on how big your wallet is. Sh!t I got bet by an 89 coupe with a 347 and spray witch was to be expected it happens people should get over it.

My post referred solely to the poster, not his car. Just because it is a 95 GT doesn't mean it can't be fast. That's about the same thing as saying just because a Camaro is an LT1 and not an LS1, it must not be fast.
Both of those statements are inaccurate.

I don't care if it’s the fastest car in this forum, if there going to be a a$$ there car is a piece of sh!t just like them. (not that the guy that has the fastest car on this forum is an a$$ or a Piece of Sh!t because I don’t know them and I’m sure there not anyway, just making a point)

I like the color on your car Mach1Mustang, If had to choose it would be that blue or black. I would lean toward the blue on the Mach 1's it's a cool color.

Depending upon the cams, and assuming you're not porting/shaving the heads, a Mach 1 will probably gain 20-30 HP over the stock cams. The bottleneck is the long-runner intake.
FYI...there are several Mach 1's running deep into the 11s with bone stock long blocks (including stock cams).

Nope.
Please read my post again, and notice I said "bone stock long blocks". IE...'bolt-on' cars...exhaust, gears, slicks, weight reduction - but untouched motors, and no power adders.

Okay.
Even if they have massive weight reduction and every bolt-on (short of power adders as you said) I still find it hard to believe they are deep in the 11's.
I found one 1/4 listing for a Mach 1 with exhaust work:
1/4 Mile ET: 12.976
1/4 Mile MPH: 104.810
1/8 Mile ET: 8.269
1/8 Mile MPH: 83.730
0-60 Foot ET: 1.769
Temperature F: 81.0
Timeslip Scan:
Car Make: Ford
Car Model: Mustang
Car Type: Mach 1
Car Year: 2003

Less than 1.8 sec 60 time which is a good driver, and just ever so slightly under 13 seconds. Dropping 1.5 - 2 seconds (or so)off of that with bolt-ons seems like an awful lot to ask.Last edited by jad628; 06-15-2007 at 10:30 AM.
