hell yeah! that looks great! the lid looks sick too! did you paint everything yourself or did you have someone do it? looks like you're missing a clip for the lid though

That is an INCORRECT statement.
The 97-98 simply has the two slots on the driver's side cover to help with the fuel lines.
You either have to cut the covers to fit in miscellaneous ares, or you have to modify your car to eliminate the areas of obstruction where the cuts would normally be.Last edited by PontiacFan; 01-06-2008 at 12:26 PM.

Pewter- 99 Firehawk convertable
Pontiacfan made my covers for me about 3yrs ago. Pewter in color with the red firehawk decal on them. he is a craftsman at his work. If you really want some nice looking covers, I would check with him first.

Bright Red- 99 Z28 M6, 03 Gixxer 1000
homerunhtr21,
Could you post what exactly you used (steps/materials) to do your covers? I just bought a 99 Z28 and it came with the Covette fuel rail covers on it and I want to change them.
Thanks

1. I used bondo to fill in the letters.
2. I used 80, 400, 1000 grit sandpapers to smooth it out.
3. I used automotive Pewter Metallic and then Clear coat.
4. I ordered my decals from Brent Franker.

Just got my fuel rail covers from AA*. Excellent workmanship. Came out exactly the way I ordered them.
They go perfect with my freshly painted LS6 intake manifold.
