all of them do... it's a matter of you specifying it or not at the time a repair is to be made...

Not for most companies no. Most insurance companies will not use after market unless the car is more than 10 years old or more then 100k miles. You can specify all you want when you have a gieco claim and guess what you still get aftermarket

I have actually seen gieco use after market on a leased vehicle

By after market do you mean used or are you talking about any brand other then O.E.M? I know some companies (like progressive) will use used parts...that's partly how they give cheaper rates.

All companies will try and get used or reconditioned OEM which is fine they still are OEM parts and fit the body lines properly. By after market I mean shit that is made in Taiwan and hardly ever fits.

I currently work in a body shop and deal with geico, allstate, progressive, state farm, liberty mutual etc etc.. I think I have a little knowledge as to which companies write for what
