Back in the day, Mac's were great for Graphic Design. But now why use a Mac? They even run on Intel Chips.

i grew up on em' so I love it. I think PC's are junk. mac's are unique...and I am too....just like everyone else.

Given the Mac/Pc arguement going here, I though this was pretty funny:
It will only make sense though if you've seen the Mac commercials where they portray a PC as an older business man and the Mac as a younger guy.

Honestly dude, i wanted something alittle diff. All the docters at UofM hosiptal recommended Mac, the dudes at circuit city(yes some are dumbass's) and places like that. The way i understand it Almost all viruis's are not compatible with Mac/Apple. Also i understand you can put windows on a Mac if you really want. Kinda defeatin the purpose of the Mac i think.

Ive never really messed with macs. I have a Compaq Presario 6000. Its pretty good. It multi-tasks like SHIT!! If i try to do to many things at once it will read error and clear the screen. Thats the only thing i dont like about mine. I might have to try a MAC and see if i like it.

The upgrade will be a prototype system for a modification I've been working on to boost performance by 200%. At least that is my goal.

Which is why I chose that particular case, as it has the architecture for me to modify the case.
