this should help you out. i would get the intake 1st then heads. i did heads and Ls6 intake at the sametime.
http://www.tpis.com/plog/index.php?o...Id=14&blogId=1
however im going with a bigger cam TSP 231/237 in place of my Comp 224/224. that's also the reason i am going with the FAST 90/90 combo. i want the 90/90 to begin with but i couldnt pass up a deal on a brand new Zo6/Ls6 intake w/0 miles on it. once I swap cams and intakes, i will be selling an intake w/less than 500 miles on it since install in Jan. 2007...

i picked up the FAST 90/90 on Saturday. drove down to Houston to get it. I will take some pics for you.
BTW, he said it's been ported. how do i take apart the intake to see if this is true? Or should I even both with it?

It is very simple to take apart to check.
Hard to describe what to look for. Mine isn't ported...but I know where you port.
You are going to love it.

Mr. Luos, here are the pics of the fast 90/90 combo I picked up. What do I need to know about the oil sending unit in the back, meaning do I take the one off the LS6 intake and use it on this setup?
Can you tell from the pictures provided if this intake has been ported. If not, how easy is it to take apart and check? tia

I am thinking it has been ported...but I am not 100%.
The oil pressure sending unit is attached to the block...not the intake. You are thinking of thew MAP sensor.
I used a LOT of silicone to get it to stay put.

Enjoy.
Will be worth it.
Have you done an intake swap yet??
Once you have done it once...it gets much quicker.

Pump is the racetronix set (intank). Stock lines until in the engine bay.
Fuel rails are from Speed Inc.

I don't have flow numbers.
It all depends on the heads and intake set-up though. Most vary.
I will do a search here soon and if I find anything I will report.
