For a beginning bolt on car ( which this car is) there is no need for a 90 or 102mm intake. An LS6 and ported TB will work fine and cost less than half of a fast set up.

question
what would be the performance difference between the bbk intake manifold with a 80mm tb to a FAST 102mm intake manifold with a FAST tb

most of it is going to be determined by what you have done to the car. Putting a 102mm intake on a bolt on car is much much different than putting one on a heads/cam car. Fast is overpriced IMO, the BBK is metal which is extra heat/weight and not as good a performer as the FAST. The LS6 on the other hand is readily available used for just over $300, composite, and has shown to support plenty of HP. To me when you look at the complete package the LS6 gets my vote. The price is probably the biggest plus to it.....you can take that money saved and put it elsewhere on the car.

Bolt ons:
Lid, LTs, Exhaust, cut-out, P&P TB, smooth bellows, intake manifold, underdrive pulley, cold air intake, supercharger, turbo, and NOS. Yes, FI is a bolt-on. Not your "typical" bolt-on, but non-the-less it is.
Didn't mention MAF b/c you should leave it alone...

Your gonna need the steam tubes that run under the LS6 manifold when you get ready to install one.
