hmmmmm.... dont get the fighting part??? but ok.. guess theres more to it... 4.10s just suck on gas man.. i know a guy that has 4.10s in a built trans am.. he liked the 373s better.. the norm for AT is 37s and for m6s is 410.... but.. you get a shit load of power down low with 410s.. i wouldnt race for money. just bragging rights is good enough.. do some weight reduction... bumper supports and stuff like that... take sway bar out.. that kinda mess

Not when dude done did you dirty, shun! I remember being ready to fight about things that I initially agreed to. If you say you're gonna pay him for the race if you lose, then pay him. There's nothing to gain later on in life because you whipped some guy's ass after you told him you'd concede defeat and pay up. N-O-T-H-I-N-G

Well no if he beats me he will get the money if he mans up and fights me.
You guys have to understand who this guy is, everyone here hates him, he BSes all the time, he is always doing stupid shit, never mans up for anything he does or says. He is just an all around jackass, pple down here would pay to watch him get his ass beat anyways.

If he wins, you give him the money. That's how bets are supposed to be handled. There's no "OK dude, if you win I'll give you fifty bucks, but you have to fight me for the money I've just promised you after I lose the race." What kind of logic are you working with? I know some unlikeable bull shitters, but if you threaten him with a fight so he can get his money you're simply becoming that which you hate. I really don't get it.

also some people get pretty pissed when it comes to money... if someone took my money, even if they were bigger.. they would have a handfull to deal with... id think about that

Try to go from a dig he shouldn't get traction with bald tires and 4.10's (probably why he would prefer a roll). 1st gear in my Z with 4.11's was useless even with 315 tires no matter how fast I was going. Unless he has DR's I can't see how he will ever hook with 4.10's. The 4L60E's first gear is already deeper than most M6's so add the 4.10 and its even tougher. From a 20 roll he might still spin though.

He wants from a dig I want from a roll.
You guys dont understand this guy never pays up after any bets, he would take money from pple (if he wins) but if he looses he comes out with all the ricer excuses. I know this guy for a long time, I want to beat his ass anyways

He'll spin and you should win then. Bald tires are not going to hook those 4.10's. I don't do money races unless someone neutral holds the money anyway.

+1 w/ the neutral party holding the money man.
If you're gonna do it, do it right, whoever looses pays up and shuts up.
Trust me, you'll come out the better man if you take his money and just brush him off...
I guess I'm also a pansy.
Wow, I guess I really am a pansy...

LOL, I had a stalled auto in my Z, but with a stick car the sky is the limit with gears.
In a built auto you match your gears to your stall so I understand that. With a 6speed he would be cruising at a much lower rpm than you.
Now you are only half pansy.

I have given serious thought to going with a C4 tranny if I step up to a twinscrew. It is just easier to launch, more forgiving on the rear and a hell of a lot more consistent in the 1/4.
The only thing is we can do roll races better.

Stick cars are great fun, I must admit. I've owned several. But since running a fully built & stalled A4 in this car, I look at things a lot differently now. I've raced several M6 cars so far and I rip them hard out of the whole. Now on the highway it can be a different story!
