I don't do beer can anything. I don't like my food cooked with beer....I only taste the yeast. My favorite chicken go to right now is called spiedies that zapper turned me onto. Makes some pretty decent skewers. I haven't injected a while chicken with it yet but it's gonna happen. Whole chicken injected with spiedies and cooked spatchcock style. Should be killer.

Spatchcock style ? The term “spatchcock” is rumored to be a 17th century shorthand for “dispatching the cock”, meaning to open a chicken carcass in order to cook it. This technique involves splitting the chicken by removing the backbone so you can flatten it, resulting in crispier skin and even, quicker cooking. so what do you do with its cock when you dispatch it Tim?

I mail them to people who need them more than me. Normally just carpy and zapper. They just walk around carrying them in their mouths.

Helped a buddy drop a Blueprint 350 and TCI transmission into his 80 something El Camino this weekend. That car is a PITA, but it was still fun getting to wrench around on something other than an F-Body.

Drew Brees was my fantasy QB, so I'm a bit sad for absolutely selfish and greedy reasons. Probably going to have to settle with Case Keenum or Mason Rudolph now (I'd only pick him because he's OK State alumni like myself)

Doc said hand is looking good, got 3 more weeks left with the pins then he'll pull them.
Good news is the new cast lets me use my fingers in my right hand again.
Wonder if I can shift gears again?
